Your bank account is provisioned but you are unable to pay for your order by credit card?

Don't worry, few people are aware of the banking limits imposed by their bank.

Here are the reasons that may be at the origin of the rejection of your payment on our shop:

The bank limit or ceiling

- do you have the total amount available in your bank account?

- has your monthly payment ceiling not been reached? (it is equivalent to the cumulative amounts of all your credit card payments for the current month)

- is your ceiling per operation sufficient? (usually it is 200 to 500€ depending on the banks)

This last point is the main cause of refusal of bank card payments that our customers encounter. You don't have to increase all of your limits permanently. It is indeed possible to ask your bank to temporarily lift this limit with a simple phone call to make your online purchase of a large amount.

The other reasons

A less common reason is a limitation of internet purchases. Ask your bank about this possible blocking if the previous points have already been dealt with.

We have noticed that some payments were also refused for customers who must validate with a code received by SMS. Make no mistake and don't wait for the page to expire to enter this validation code!

The alternate solution

If despite this you still cannot buy your realistic doll on our shop, then opt for payment by bank transfer.

There is no limit, you can transfer the order amount from account to account. To do this, go to your bank's counter or make the transfer via its online application.
